A man is in serious condition after being shot in the chest on Friday in northeast Baltimore, police said.
The 56-year-old man was in front of his home in the 5300 block of Barbara Avenue when the suspect walked up and began shooting at him, police said.
The suspect is only described as a light skinned male, police said.
