Baltimore City patrol officers arrested a 39-year-old man in connection with a fatal stabbing that occurred in the 3300 block of Burleith Avenue on Monday morning.
Karl Anderson, who was picked up at Liberty Heights Avenue within hours of the murder of 44-year-old Bernard Richardson, was charged with first- and second-degree murder, manslaughter, first- and second-degree assault, and assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
Anderson was taken to the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Center and is waiting to see a court commissioner, police said.
