Police arrested a 20 year-old man Friday morning and charged him with handgun violations.
During the arrest of Allen Jones of the 900 block of Brunswood Street, police said they seized a loaded handgun.
An investigation by Western District detectives that began on April 20 in the 1900 block of Penrose Avenue led to Jones’ arrest, police said.
