First-degree murder charges filed against 26 year old

A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with a shooting that occurred in mid-April.

Donte Patterson of Baltimore was formally charged in the April 11 shooting in the 2800 block of Parkwood Avenue. Officers found three shooting victims in the area around 11:17 a.m.

On Saturday, police released information about another homicide investigation.

An adult male was found with gunshot wounds to the head in the 1800 block of North Payson Street at 8:07 p.m. Saturday. The man was pronounced dead at a local hospital, said Western District patrol officers.
