Two teenage boys were charged as adults following a triple stabbing in Windsor Mill late Sunday, Baltimore County Police said.

The boys, both age 15, were arrested shortly after midnight following a physical altercation with three neighbors. One of the teens pulled out a knife and stabbed the victims, police said.

Police were called to the 2500 block of Ellesmere Drive in Windsor Mill and found an 18-year-old man suffering from life threatening wounds to the upper body, and a 40-year-old man with non-life-threatening wounds. A 14-year-old boy suffered a cut to the upper body when he tried to break up the fight, police said.

The 14-year-old told police he had gotten into a verbal exchange with the two teen boys at a nearby playground earlier. When the two older men confronted the teens, the boys attacked them. Police said the boy was treated for his cuts at the scene, while the adult victims were rushed to an area hospital.

The teens fled the scene before police arrived but were identified and arrested a few hours later. They now face being charged as adults in the assault. Those charges were pending, police said.
