Howard County police responded to the report of a male suspect breaking into the maintenance room of an apartment building at the 10600 block of Gramercy Place at 10:58 a.m. on Tuesday, authorities said.
Brandon Daquan Wilson, 26, was charged with burglary, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and other drug related crimes, police said.
