Police arrested two men after conducting a vehicle stop Wednesday afternoon in the Northwest District of Baltimore City, authorities said.

Michael Christian, 26, of the 3600 block of Spaulding Avenue; and Anthony Alston, 23, of the 600 block of N. Curley Street, were arrested and transported to Central Booking, according to police.

Police said no charges have been filed as both suspects are waiting to see a court commissioner.

Operations detectives on the West Side Enforcement team were conducting an investigation in the 3700 block of West Belvedere when they stopped the car around 1 p.m., police said.

During the stop officers seized two fully loaded .357 revolvers and about 2 grams of ecstasy, police said.
