Baltimore County police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 67-year-old man last seen in the Pikesville area.
Joseph Essien was last seen on April 28, police said. He was described as 5’7” tall and approximately 160 pounds. A Purple Alert has been issued due to concerns for his well-being, police said.
Anyone with information regarding Essien’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-887-2222, 410-887-4636, or 911, police said.
