An elderly couple were found dead in a Nottingham residence Friday after police received a 911 call from a man who claimed he had shot his wife, county authorities said.
The incident occurred at around 10:10 a.m., when officers found an adult male and adult female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds inside a residence in the 9000 block of Tammy Road, police said.
The victims, Paul Waclawski, 80, and Shirely Waclawski, 73, were pronounced dead by Baltimore County paramedics.
Both victims have been transported to the Office of The Chief Medical Examiner as the investigation continues, police said.
Police said officers responded to the home after receiving a 911 call from a man who said he had shot his wife before the call was disconnected.
