Three juveniles were arrested on March 29 – including one who was tased by a law enforcement officer – for allegedly fighting and acting disorderly in the downtown area, city police said.

Police did not release the names of the juveniles but said they were ages 12, 14 and 17. All three were charged with common assault and later released to their parents, police said.

The incident, which occurred at Market Place, included multiple groups of teenagers who were fighting. One of the suspects, a 14-year-old male, became non-compliant and was tased by an officer before being taken into custody, police said.
