A 44-year-old man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder March 20, county police said.
Michael Eggleston is being held on no bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.
According to police, Eggleston was wanted for allegedly shooting 43-year-old Tyrone Luster on March 19 in the 8300 block of Scotts Level Road in Pikesville.
When officers found Luster, he was suffering from a gunshot wound. Police said he was transferred to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
