Detectives arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with to a local shooting, city police said.
Samuel Partlow of Baltimore was detained by city police on Feb.19 in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard for his alleged involvement in a shooting the previous day in the 800 block of Reinhardt Street, police said.
The victim was a 40-year-old man.
Partlow currently faces a charge of attempted first-degree murder, police said.
