A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and other offenses in connection with the death of a 33-year-old man two years ago, county police said today.
Jose Caceres-Santos was found lying on the shoulder of Bel Air Road in Kingsville on Jan. 1, 2024, police said. He was pronounced dead on the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.
Police said Quevin Pixola-Lara was denied bond and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
