A 67-year-old woman was pronounced dead after being hit by a car Saturday as she crossed Liberty Road in Lochearn, county police said.
Baltimore County police said Loretta Pretlow was hit by a 2004 Acura RDX at 6:20 p.m. while the vehicle was headed westbound on Liberty Road.
She was transported to a local hospital in cardiac arrest and later pronounced dead, police said.
Police said the driver and four passengers in the vehicle were uninjured.
The Baltimore County Police Department Crash Team has an ongoing investigation on the incident.
