A 23-year-old man was arrested Tuesday in connection with an October homicide in Baltimore’s Southern District, city police said.

Members of the Warrant Task Force arrested Darrien Robinson Jr., at approximately 6:45 a.m. in the 3000 block of Greenmount Avenue, police said. According to police, Robinson was wanted in connection with the Oct. 15, 2025, killing of Darrius Hines.

Police said the alleged crime occurred at about 4:15 p.m. Oct. 15 in the 500 block of Callender Street. When officers arrived, they located Hines suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene, police said.

Robinson was transported to the Homicide Section for debriefing and then taken to Central Booking, where he was charged with first- and second-degree murder, police said.
