A 34-year-old man was arrested Sunday in connection with the Oct. 27 shooting in the unit block of East North Avenue that left a 31-year-old man injured, city police said.
Richard Holland Jr. of Baltimore was charged with attempted first-degree murder after being picked up in the area of East North Avenue at Maryland Avenue, police said.
Police said Holland was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility.
