A 77-year-old man died Friday after a vehicle hit him in Northwest Baltimore, city police said.
Police said the accident happened around 5:56 p.m., when Northwest District officers were called to the scene in the 5200 block of Park Heights Avenue.
The man was transported to an area hospital where he later died, police said.
Crash team investigators took over the investigation. They arrived at the accident scene, and the vehicle was still there.
