A 48-year-old man was arrested last week in connection with a fatal shooting in Baltimore’s Southern District, city police said.
Investigators said Gerard Morris was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder and handgun violations in the death of 42-year-old Eugene Henry. Henry was fatally shot on Oct. 23 in the 4100 block of Hyden Court, police said.
Police said officers arrested Morris shortly after the shooting while in the 800 block of Glade Court. He was then transported to the Central Booking Intake Center.
