A man was killed and a 7-year-old boy was injured after a shooting Saturday evening in Northwest Baltimore, city police said.
Officers responded to the 3200 block of Reisterstown Road just before 5:30 p.m. When they arrived, two victims were found in critical position.
The adult male was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. The child, who was in a passing car, was also shot but is expected to survive, police said.
