A Cockeysville man faces multiple felony charges after he allegedly approached two women with a notebook with sexual threats, county police said last week.
Michah Narteh, 24, was charged with attempted kidnapping, attempted carjacking, attempted armed carjacking, and attempted first-degree rape, police said.
Narteh is being held without bond in the at the Baltimore County Detention Center. A bail review hearing was scheduled for last Tuesday, Oct. 7, police said.
Police said officers arrested Narteh Oct. 5 for disorderly conduct after he allegedly told women outside of a Cockeysvlle business to read a notebook with threats soliciting sex.
Although his threats claimed he had a weapon there was no weapon found on him at the time of arrest, police said.
Police said at this time there are no reports of Narteh carrying out physical or sexual assaults.
