A 24-year-old man was arrested Sunday for allegedly threatening women in the Cockeysville area, county police said.
Police said Micah Narteh was charged with disorderly conduct after he approached women on two separate occasioins and instructed them to read a notebook that contianted the threats soliciting sex.
The written note indicated that Norteh was armed, police said, but they added that no weapon was found on his possession at the time of the arrest.
There is currently no record of Nartah carrying out these threats, police said.
