A 25-year-old man was arrested in the Western District of Baltimore on a count of attempted first-degree murder Thursday morning, city police said.
Police said Shuaib Franklin was connected to a shooting that occurred Sept. 10 at 3:09 a.m. involving a 49-year-old man in the 500 block of Islamic Way.
Investigators arrested him at the scene and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, police said.
