A man is currently in stable condition after being shot Friday afternoon in East Baltimore, city police said.
Officers received a call at a nearby hospital for a 45-year-old man who had a gunshot wound to his body, police said.
The victim told officers that he was on East Preston Street when he was shot by an unidentified individual. The victim drove himself to the hospital and is currently in stable condition, according to police.
Eastern District Shooting detectives are looking for anyone with information. They urge informants to contact 410-396-2433, or by submitting a tip at the MCS website.
