A Baltimore man was arrest Friday and charged with attempted first-degree murder, city police said yesterday.
James Barrett, 38, was arrested in the 3100 block of Stafford Street in Baltimore in connection with the shooting of a 26-year-old male on Aug. 8, police said.
Police said Barrett was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Western District Officers responded to a hospital last month where they observed the victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. According to police, preliminary information revealed that the victim was shot while in the 1800 block of Edmondson Avenue in Catonsville.
