The warehouse on Eutaw Street, welcoming you to Baltimore with its official Camden Yards sign, and the 2024 season poster. When fans see this familiar sight, they know that this is the house where Oriole games are played.
After a 2023 season that included 101 regular season wins, an American League East Division crown, and an ALDS postseason finish, the Orioles are looking to further progress this season. Pictured is Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman batting in a rainy game at Camden Yards versus the Kansas City Royals.
Orioles shortstop Gunnar Henderson batting against Royals pitcher Cole Ragans. Henderson, along with Rutschman, won a Silver Slugger award in his first full season in 2023. Henderson is looking to make a leap in leadership and production this year, at the young age of 22.
Corbin Burnes, Orioles ace starting pitcher, taking the mound vs. Kansas City. “We didn’t trade those youngsters for nothing,” exclaimed a fan. Burnes is the biggest player addition of the 2024 season for Baltimore, as they traded promising young prospects to acquire Burnes from the Milwaukee Brewers.
Orioles all-star relief pitcher Yennier Cano throws a warm-up pitch to the plate. Cano remains a prominent piece in Baltimore’s bullpen, hit by season-ending injury to all-star closer Felix Bautista. Cano’s role will likely increase this year, and fans will be seeing if he can repeat last year’s performance.
