Baltimore police are seeking an arrest warrant for a 20-year-old man after officers seized 19 pounds of marijuana and around $34,000 in cash from a vehicle the suspect was allegedly operating, city police said.
The incident stemmed from a noise complaint police received about a 2019 Jeep SRT on the 3100 block of West North Avenue on Tuesday, police said. Officers searched the vehicle and located the suspected marijuana and cash, police said. All the seized evidence was submitted at BPD’s Evidence Control Section.
Police said officers are currently in the process of obtaining an arrest warrant for the 20-year-old man who is the operator of the vehicle. He faces charges of possession with the intent to distribute marijuana and other narcotic violations, police said.
