Man in critical condition after being shot in Halethorpe

A 43-year-old man was shot last Tuesday evening at approximately 7 p.m. in the 3500 block of Annapolis Road in Halethorpe, county police said.

Officers discovered the victim in the parking lot of Gateway Tavern suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body, police said.

Medical personnel transported the victim to a local hospital where he is in critical condition, police said.

An investigation is underway. Baltimore County detectives are asking anyone with information to call 410-307-2020.
