A 38-year-old Baltimore man was arrested Monday on charges of first-degree murder in relation to a shooting that occurred on Sep. 27, city police said.
Police said investigators believe Christopher Thornton shot and killed 42-year-old Daevon Lee in the 1800 block of North Chapel Street.
Thornton was interviewed at the homicide section before being transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder, police said.
Thornton remains in Central Booking, where he is being held without bail.
