A man was pronounced dead on Nov. 9 after he was found sitting in his car with a gunshot to the head, city police said.
Police said Central District patrol officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Brooks Lane around 6:20 p.m. to investigate the incident. When the officers arrived, they found the unidentified victim in his vehicle.
