A 35-year-old Baltimore man was arrested on charges of attempted first-degree murder on Wednesday in relation to a shooting that occurred on Oct. 26, Baltimore City police said.
Police said they believe that Travis Lomax shot a 38-year-old man following an argument. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Lomax was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
