An unidentified victim is in stable condition after suffering a gunshot wound around 3 p.m. Monday in the unit block of Balset Court, county police said.
The victim traveled to the 7100 block of Security Boulevard, at which point police said they were contacted. Police said they believe the victim was targeted.
