A Philadelphia man was fatally shot in Towson Monday night, county police said.
Barry Ransom, 21, died at a local hospital a few hours after suffering from a gunshot wound in the 800 block of Kenilworth Drive, police said.
The Baltimore Sun is reporting that police identified Ransom as a student at Morgan State University.
Police said the incident occurred at 10 p.m. Detectives believe that Ransom was targeted in this case, police said.
