A 31-year-old man is in critical but stable condition at a local hospital after he was shot in the head and body in Baltimore early Wednesday morning, city police said.
Police said the man approached a patrol officer in the 2400 block of Greenmount Avenue at about 5:15 a.m.
According to police, the victim told the officer that he was hot in the 2400 block of Brentwood Avenue.
