A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder last week, city police said.
Maurice Timothy Jones is currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility, police said.
Police said the fatal shooting occurred at 5 p.m. on Sept. 7 in the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road.
Officers found 31-year-old Seth Tunstall suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced the victim dead, police said.
This investigation was handed to homicide detectives, who identified and arrested Jones, police said.
