Man hit by vehicle on Pulaski Highway dies

A 68-year-old pedestrian was killed Sept. 18 along Pulaski Highway, Baltimore County police said.

Stanley Vingsen Jr. was attempting to cross Pulaski Highway just before 9 p.m. and was hit by a driver making a U-turn at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Campbell Boulevard, police said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Crash investigators say they are working to determine factors involved in the crash.

    To many people drive like crazy don’t care about other I hope stop drive like that special to many young people don’t respect and don’t care

    I’m so sorry about the passing of Stan. He will be missed seeing him walking on the roads. My son once asked him if he needed anything and he said no.
