A 31-year-old woman was arrested last week for allegedly shooting her mother outside the parent’s home in West Baltimore last month, city police said.
Toni Arnold was charged Sept. 10 with first-degree murder and is currently being held at Central Booking, police said.
Police said Arnold fatally shot her mother, Sherry Birmingham, in the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard on Aug. 16 at approximately 10 p.m. Medical personnel pronounced Birmingham dead at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, police said.
