A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder on Monday, city police said.
Police said that Bryant Foster shot a 39-year-old female in the 600 block of North Schroeder Street on Sept. 4 at approximately 8:14 p.m.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital for treatment that night, police said.
Foster is currently being held at Baltimore Central Booking & Intake Center.
