Police urge anyone sexually assaulted by 54-year-old suspect to come forward

City police are urging victims who believe they were sexually assaulted by a 54-year-old man officers arrested in July to come forward with any new information they can provide to authorities.

To assist potential victims recognize the suspect, police released a photograph Friday of Luis Armando Rivas-Flores, who has already been charged with the alleged sexual assault of three women in three separate incidents this spring and summer in the 1600 block of Wicomico Street in Baltimore, police said.

Police said they arrested Rivas-Flores on July 25 in connection with two separate sexual assaults that occurred on July 18. While in custody, police said, Rivas-Flores was charged on Aug. 30 with a third sexual assault stemming from an incident that occurred on May 23. Police said he is currently being held without bail.

City police said they urge other victims to come forward with new information by contacting the Sex Offense Investigators at 410-396-2076.
