Two women were arrested Wednesday in connection with the shooting of a 34-year-old man that occurred on March 23 in the 2200 block of Harford Road, city police said.
Police said 36-year-old Shakira Anderson and 32-year-old Sarah Crutchfield, both of Baltimore, were taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where they were charged with attempted first- degree murder.
