A body-worn camera (BWC) video is being released from the March 17 officer-involved shooting of 21-year-old Samuel Andrew Arnold, county police said.

The Aviation Unit video, audio from the redacted 911 call, and radio transmissions from the incident are also being released, police said.

According to the police, the incident started in the Woodlawn Precinct of Baltimore County. Police said officers were then led to the unit block of Hurley Avenue in Baltimore City during the investigation.

A warrant was issued and served on Arnold, police said.

Arnold has been charged with several accounts of assault and a weapon violation, police said.

The contextual video can be watched on the county police’s YouTube page.

The Baltimore County Police Department Body-Worn Camera Video Release Policy can be found on the county police’s website.

The department field manual, which can be found online, provides the Baltimore County Use of Force Policy.
