A Baltimore man was arrested Tuesday on murder charges for allegedly shooting two men on April 23, city police said.
Pierre Orlando Foster, 28, of 1032 Reverdy Road was arrested in connection with the murder of Dayvon Mason, 32, as well as the non-fatal shooting of a 38-year-old man, police said.
Foster was taken to Central Booking where he was charged with first-degree murder after detectives located him on 5400 block of York Road, police said.
Foster’s preliminary hearing is set for May 16, according to the Maryland Judiciary’s website.
