A 26-year-old woman was injured Saturday evening in a Windsor Mill shooting that led to two arrests on attempted murder charges, Baltimore County police said Monday.
According to police, the victim arranged to meet the suspects in the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue, where she was robbed and shot in the lower body at 6:30 p.m.
The two suspects, Melvin Deandre Turnipseed, 18, and Deandre James Turnipseed, 20, both from the unit block of Bush Mill Court in Milford Mill, were charged with attempted first-degree murder, robbery and other charges, police said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and has since been released, police said.
Both suspects are currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on no-bail statuses pending bail review hearings, police said.
