Baltimore County Police said that a 31-year-old woman died Sunday after being struck by a 2019 Toyota Tacoma near midnight Saturday.
Megan Frazier crossed the eastbound lanes of the 11000 block of Pulaski Highway and did not cross at the crosswalk when she was struck after 11:30 p.m. Saturday, police said. She died at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
The driver remained at the scene as the Baltimore County Police Crash Team continued its investigation into the surrounding factors of the fatal crash.
