Baltimore County Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a Fullerton Avenue assault and attempted kidnapping of a 12-year-old child.

Police said 24-year-old Jawuan Williams was arrested after the April 3 incident on Fullerton Avenue. The suspect was described as a 6 foot 6 black man weighing 165 pounds and driving a 2012 Nissan Altima that same night. He was being held without bail Sunday.

The Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland, an organization working apart from the Baltimore County Government and Police Department, is offering rewards of up to $2,000 for information that can connect felony offenses. Metro Crime Stoppers may send anonymous tips by phone, online, or via mobile app.
