Baltimore County Police on Wednesday made an arrest in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a 12-year-old girl on Saturday in the White Marsh area.
Detectives said the assault occurred in the 4400 block of Fullerton Avenue when the girl was walking down a secluded section at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The suspect, described as a slender-build black male between 20 and 30 years old with a goatee, pulled the youth into his silver Nissan Altima.
The girl escaped from the car and flagged down a passing motorist for assistance.
