Police arrested a 65-years-old man in connection with a shooting that occurred on Sunday in the 400 black of North Robinson Street in Baltimore, city police said.
Spencer Bright has been taken into custody at Central Booking without bail for his alleged role in the shooting of a 31-year-old man, police said.
Bright has been charged with first- and second-degree attempted murder, reckless endangerment, and deadly weapons charges, police said.
