A 36-year-old Raspeburg man has been charged with critically injuring a woman in a domestic-related stabbing incident, Dundalk Police officers said Friday.

The suspect was identified as Bobby Lee Pittman Jr. of Eurith Avenue in Raspeburg. He was charged with attempted first-degree murder and first- and second-degree assault. Pittman was being held on no bond status pending a bail review hearing.

Dundalk officers said the domestic-related stabbing took place at 1600 block of Gray Place after 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The woman was located at the scene suffering from multiple stab wounds to her upper body. She was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said the woman did know the suspect.

The Baltimore County Police reminded the public that if they are a victim of domestic violence and are in immediate danger, please call 911.
