Baltimore County police are looking for a black Ford truck that they say was involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident on Pulaski Highway on Feb. 28.

Police said the vehicle involved was described as a 1999 to 2007 Ford Super Duty F-250 or F-350 that may have front-end damage to the driver’s side bumper and a missing headlamp.

They said the truck may also appear to have been recently repaired or replaced. They said the truck also had a light-colored, side-mounted toolboxes and a ladder rack.

According to police, Alexandra Justine Angel, 26, of the 12300 block of Pulaski Highway in Joppatowne was walking eastbound on the highway around 7:20 p.m. when she was fatally hit by the vehicle. The vehicle was driving eastbound and fled the scene.
