A 22-year-old man was fatally shot Wednesday morning in a residential area in Pikesville, county police said.
Officers found Dominick Boston at about 7:30 a.m. in the unit block of Cedarwood Circle with gunshot wounds to his upper body, police said.
Boston died at a local hospital, police said.
