A 28-year-old man who was fatally shot Sunday in Windsor Mill has been identified as Dejuan Kashif Ford of Cottage Avenue in Baltimore, county police said.
Police said Ford was at a gathering in the 8100 block of Liberty Road when he got into an altercation with another person. Police said they received a call of a shooting at that location at around 4:20 a.m.
A short time later, police said they learned that a man had been transported to Northwest Hospital with gunshot wounds.
Baltimore County Homicide Detectives have initiated an investigation, police said.
